Which countries do you support?
We currently support visa applications for Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Djibouti. More countries are coming soon.
How long does processing take?
Processing depends on the service tier you choose: Guided (3–5 working days), Priority (2–3 working days), Express (1 working day), and Concierge (same day). These are Haavisa service estimates and are not guaranteed; government processing time is separate and may take longer.
What documents do I need?
Requirements vary by destination and nationality. Typically you need a valid passport (6+ months validity), passport photo, flight confirmation, and hotel booking. Use our Visa Check tool to see exact requirements.
How much does it cost?
Our base service fee starts at $29 per destination. Choose a tier for faster processing: Guided (+$0), Priority (+$20), Express (+$40), or Concierge (+$60). Government visa fees are separate, set by each country, and always shown upfront.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available if your application has not yet been submitted to the relevant authority. Once submitted, government fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption for all data transmission and securely store your documents. We never share your personal information with third parties except as required for visa processing.
What if my visa is denied?
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority. If denied, we will inform you of the reason and help you understand your options. Our service fee covers the application assistance, not guaranteed approval.

Do I need travel insurance?
